The MJIF is dedicated to helping Jewish believers in Israel get through temporary emergency situations. Sometimes your check makes the difference between a family remaining in Israel, or having to leave due to financial hardships. Your check can make the difference in a pastor having materials and equipment to minister to the lost, or losing people because there is no one helping him to establish a much needed congregation. Your check now, no matter the amount, will enable many to get the medical help they would not get otherwise... and your support of God's people in Israel today will supply food, clothing and school supplies to families, and it will let them know they are not alone. Support God's People– they need us now! A ministry of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America Chairman: Executive Director: Advisors:

Words from Donors*...Messianic Jewish Sisterhood Gives “The person who blesses others will prosper; he who satisfies others will be satisfied him (her) self.” Proverbs 11:25 Our first Sisterhood president summed up the purpose of our organization with this Proverbs and our vision was born. “Be there for each other, be there for our congregation and be there for Israel.” It all started with chocolate! Our first fundraiser was to sell chocolate bars from Sam’s to friends and family. Unfortunately, women like chocolate (Yum!), so we purchased many of the candy bars ourselves! God was faithful, though, and we were able to use those funds to bankroll our next fundraiser. At this point we knew we wanted to support not only Israel, but the believers in the Land. We learned that many times Jewish believers never see any of the money raised for Israel, with most of it going to government projects. The government definitely needs aid, but our Sisterhood wanted to help Messianic Jewish families who are struggling. Our next project was a “Ladies’ Tea.” With just twenty ladies in attendance at the first Tea, we raised $500. We challenged the congregation to match our $500 and they did! Although we were small in number, the Lord did great things! The creative juices were flowing now, and we knew God was with us! Our next effort “An Evening with Jonathan Bernis” was a success. Jonathan spoke on the importance of supporting Israel and the believers in the Land. After Jonathans message, we viewed the MJIF power point presentation. It was so powerful and tears streamed down faces. It was clear to all of us that night that the Messianic Jewish Israel Fund (MJIF) fits so completely into God’s plan of caring for His people, and we felt blessed to be able to participate. We recently hosted “An Evening with Marty Goetz”. What a blessing! The financial support our congregation and community has raised, and the love they have exhibited for our people in the Land has been the catalyst behind all our efforts. All successful events and, honestly, a little overwhelming at first! Isn’t it amazing what God can do with candy bars! We feel honored to continue our support of the MJIF and the work that they are doing in Israel among the Messianic Jewish believers there. We’re not stopping here, because we are expecting God to do even greater things in the future! Let us encourage other Sisterhoods (and congregations) to join with us, because together we can have a tremendous impact on our mishpocha in the Land! Rebbitzin Diana Levine May God bless you with good health, and prosper your ministry, the MJIF. Not too many ministries support our people in Israel, unfortunately. I have enclosed a check for $25 which is sacrificial giving since I am on social security limited income. I trust you will distribute the funds wisely. I know what it is to go hungry, I survived WWII in Russia, deprived of everything. But I thank God that I now live in the USA , but if my health and finances would allow me, I would live out my years in Israel. Thank you for helping our people who are living there. Shalom, Thank You Dear Dotti, I feel like the "widow in the Temple" who gave all she had, even though it was only a few pennies. I am a widow and I do not get a great deal of money because I am incarcerated and not at home. God is blessing me, and soon, in Yeshua's Name, I will get a full pardon by the Governor. Meanwhile, please use the small amount I am sending, and I will send more as I can. I will be praying for God to direct your trip. My grandfather instilled in me a love for the Jewish people, and what would make God happier than to see His chosen people accept His Son, Yeshua? Sincerely, In Yeshua... By Grace Shalom Dotti. Hopefully your trip to Israel went well. Enclosed please find a check to the MJIF. This is the offering we took at our congregation's second annual “STAND WITH ISRAEL” day. The local response was very good and we were able to convey to those in attendance the good work of the MJIF. Thanks for your care for the believers in Israel. In Yeshua, by grace.
